Customer Service I prefer to receive payment through PayPal. If you are unfamiliar, PayPal offers secure payment options including major credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances. For Custom orders, payments, or if specified a deposit, should be made promptly unless other arrangements are made. Custom orders will be completed once payment is received. Shipping Policies All of my jewelry arrives in a signature gift box, with a decorative tag describing the materials it was made with. I pencil the prices on the back of the tag. If it's a gift and you would like the price removed, just let me know in the special requests box when you check out. I prefer to keep my packaging simple in order not to create waste and often use recycled boxes and padded envelopes.
I provide detailed information both in the photos and text to so you have all the information you'll need to make your purchase with confidence. If you need to return or exchange a purchase, please contact me within five days, by phone or email sarah@vineyardsky.com. I'll make every effort to correct any problems. Except in the case of defective items, those that have been damaged by mishandling, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. Return shipping is generally at the buyer's expense. |
