I prefer to receive payment through PayPal and also accept; Visa, MC, Amex and Discover. If you are unfamiliar, PayPal offers secure payment options including major credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances. For Custom orders, payments, or if specified a deposit, should be made promptly unless other arrangements are made. Custom orders will be completed once payment is received.

Shipping Methods & Policies 

All of my jewelry arrives in a signature gift box, with a decorative tag describing the materials it was made with. I pencil the prices on the back of the tag. I may not know if this is a gift, so I erase prices before shipping. I prefer to keep my packaging simple in order not to create waste and often use recycled boxes and padded envelopes.

Orders are packed with care and shipped from one of several Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts post offices - every 2 to 3 days. Your items will arrive in an attractive gift box, with anti tarnish bags for all silver products and earring backs (where needed) are attached to the inside of the descriptive tags.

It’s my general practice to package, and ship all orders within 2 business days of your purchase.  Business days for me are Monday - Friday.  During busier times around the holidays, or during the annual sale turnaround time can increase to 5 business days.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.

    • USPS Priority Mail which arrives in 4-6 business days for $8.95.
    • Orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping which is USPS First Class Mail and arrives in 6-8 business days.
    • Both methods above include insurance.
    • Please contact me if you're interested in international shipping & rates; customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
    • Please feel free to reach out via email, if you have an important deadline. I’ll do my best to find a faster shipping method for you to purchase.

Returns or Exchanges

I provide detailed information both in the photos and text to so you have all the information you'll need to make your purchase with confidence. If you need to return or exchange a purchase, please contact me within five days, by phone or email. I'll make every effort to correct any problems. Except in the case of defective items, those that have been damaged by mishandling, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. Return shipping is generally at the buyer's expense.
