Refund policy
I have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. I provide details such as color and size both in the photos and descriptions so you have all the information you need to make your purchase with confidence. If you need to return or exchange a purchase, please contact me either by phone at 508-939-0253 or email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I'll make every effort to correct any problems if needed. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Except in the case of defective items, those that have been damaged by mishandling, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Return shipping is generally at the buyer's expense.
- Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get just the item you're after is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and return the item you have.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, in most cases this is not an issue. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
