Shipping policy
All of my orders are packed with care and shipped from one of several Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts post offices - every 2 to 3 days. Your items will arrive in an attractive gift box, with anti tarnish bags for all silver products and earring backs (where needed) are attached to the inside of the descriptive tags.
If you are on Island contactless delivery is available! Before completing your transaction please use the code FREESHIPMV to waive shipping expense. I will then contact you to make a suitable arrangement, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
It’s my general practice to package, and ship all orders within 2 business days of your purchase. Business days for me are Monday - Friday. During busier times around the holidays, or during the annual sale turnaround time can increase to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.
Shipping Methods
- There are two options with USPS First Class or Priority Mail which arrives in 4-6 business days for $8.95. If you choose First Class your insurance coverage is free, I cover the expense.
- Orders over $125 are eligible for free shipping which is USPS First Class Mail and arrives in 6-8 business days.
- All methods above include insurance.
